1st, nice grill design (chrome strip too like Persona). 2nd, boring headlight and bumper design. Does look a bit outdated. The door closed with a 'thud' sound, not perfectly like continental car but it was satisfying. The engine might be underpower to move 7 adults too...
The interior is ok for me. High driving position, nice dashboard material with high quality look texture, but the Honda steering clone is a shame. The center looks like the logo has been dropped off from the steering wheel (bland).
Nice touch to the gear but should make foot parking brake instead of conventional handbrake. Seats are comfortable and its material is top-notch.
Flexible seats arrangement is a must for MPV and Exora has it all. Door open wide enough and 2nd row seats tumble forward for easy access to the 3rd row. 2nd row have ample headroom but legroom is just adequate for me.
3rd row's headroom was also ample for me but my knee banged against the 2nd row seat. Maybe making the 2nd row seat more upright will solve this problem. The boot/cargo space was ample for a 3 row MPV. Proton should increase the legroom for the 3rd row by reducing the boot space in my opinion, to make it on par with Innova.
Also there are air-cond outlet even for the 3rd row passengers. Even Naza Citra also doesn't have this feature, which is vital under Malaysia's hot weather condition. Kudos to Proton!
The rear design was impressive and i like the LED light design! Dun understand why some of my frens said the rear look like Avanza. It's a huge difference!
