It turned out that i have to balik kampung for Mother's Day and my dad let me to drive from Gombak toll (Karak Highway), passes Genting tunnel and all the way to Raub!
I didn't drive from Puchong to Gombak toll coz my dad said i might have not enough experience in driving through the heavy and zig-zag traffic of KL. LOL!
Starting, i was a bit nervous and shivering all the time coz i never drive on a highway before, and it's Karak Highway, the 1 which leads to Genting Highlands! It's full of twist and turn and steep slopes!
Thankfully the traffic isn't as heavy as usual since it was Wesak Day, where i can 'sail' through the highway smoothly.
We turned in the first junction after passed the 2nd toll and headed to Bentong town.
After that was a long, straight, one lane federal road leading to Raub.
There i have to bear with some big and slow moving lorry and couldn't overtake it easily because it's only 1 lane and oncoming traffic.
This part is interesting! I have to step on the accelerator hard (Kenari have not enough power) to overtake a lorry at the speed of 120-130km/h! I have to with that speed coz it's slow and dangerous to drive behind a lorry and have to do it quickly to avoid from hitting the oncoming cars. Finally, we reached Raub in one piece ~~
Dinner was the most anticipated meal of the day. Everyone cooked some foods and eat together in a buffet style. My fav is cake!

KL traffic isn't that tough and scary (bragging?)...
Pretty cool for someone who got his driving license and drove over 250km all in the same week isn't it?
