2012 Nissan Tiida gets curves and grooves!

Nissan has finally decided to add some curvy lines on the Tiida. Also known as Latio Sport in Malaysia, the 2012 Tiida is set to replace the outgoing model with a redesigned exterior featuring sportier and groovy characteristic! Although Nissan gave the Tiida's design a fresher design, some might still be able to recognize this car as the Tiida. Kudos to Nissan!

Dimension wise, the new Tiida has grown a lot in size. Measuring at 4,295 mm long and 1,760 mm wide and wheelbase at 2700 mm, the new car is 45 mm longer, 65 mm wider and 100mm longer wheelbase. No wonder Nissan claimed that the Tiida has best in class rear occupants' knee room! The length of its wheelbase is on par with Sylphy!

The curve on the dashboard is the focal point of Tiida's interior. Although there's nothing special with its interior design, it looks inviting even in black interior colour scheme. Don't forget Nissan's famous generous padded interior too!

However, the main focus of Tiida is its powerplant. A 1.6 litre turbo engine which is capable of producing 190 hp will be fitted in a variant of Tiida! Talk about power! This is going to give 308 Turbo a run for its money!
