3 Volkswagen Models Are Launching Next Week !

After checking out some of Volkswagen's models in VW Das Auto KL 2011 last month, I was deeply impressed with the ability of Volkswagen in producing quality and attractive car at reasonable price. You can get the newly launched Volkswagen Polo 1.2 TSI at RM113,888 (RM5k costlier than before due to extra kits), bear in mind that it's a Volkswagen that we are talking about!


Volkswagen Group Malaysia (VGM) revealed in their website that 3 models are going to be launched on 21st of October 2011. Volkswagen Jetta is one of the trio.



Next up is the Volkswagen Passat, which is set to go against D-segment vehicles like Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, only if it's priced right.



Lastly will be the Volkswagen CrossTouran, a crossover of MPV and softroader. It has higher ground clearance and black moulding on the wheel arches to give it a more rugged exterior than standard Touran. Nissan X-Gear is a similar approach, but it has only 5 seats whereas the CrossTouran has 7.

Apart from these three, the highly anticipated Polo Sedan is also coming, but launching date is still unannounced. I would like to see the New Beetle on our road too!
