What Comes After WYY 9999? It's W 1 A

Everyone (including yours truly) was wondering what kind of registration plate would come after WYY 9999. Now the mystery is uncovered (more like announced)! There will be an additional alphabet located at the end of the registration number, so the new generation number plate will start with W 1 A.

The current generation of number plate (which reaches WYK 6XXX now) is expected to end in July. Seeing number plate like 'B1A', 'C1A', 'D1A' are so wacky! made possible now, but would take quite some time before those numbers hit on the road.
