All My Prayers...
The first day of sem 4 was one of the worst day of my life. Went to college with a happy feeling but soon I found out that there was a rearrangement of class for everyone. I remained in my own class but most of my friends were arranged to study in another class. It was devastating…
My mood on that day was… indescribable. I was so furious till I said some foul language in front of others. How dare they (the administrators?) change what they had arranged for us since the first day of schooling! They put everyone in the same class one year ago and now they want to separate everyone…
I imagined that my college life will be topsy turvy in the future and hanging out with friends will never be that easy again… I’ve planned to write a letter to plead for a class rearrangement but the office said they will not do it unless I have a VERY VERY good reason. ~~
I’ve gave up the next day, thinking it’s my destiny. But of course, it was heart wrenching when others attending class different than you. However, the third day came and I felt better. It was because my previous sem exam result was released and the result was really unexpected. I got A for all my 3 subjects and interestingly, I got A for my Maths! But the best is I was rearranged to be in the same class with my friends after 4 days.
Again, all my prayers had been answered…

Valentine's...
A small, wonderful part of the lyric of the song Valentine by Martina McBride which you can say to your love one:
even if romance ran out of rhyme
you would still have my heart until the end of time
'cause all I need is you my valentine
you're all I need, my love, my valentine
Stay in the house with nothing to do other than online, my life is currently utterly boring. But my free time gave me some inspiration to become an author. It's not a love story (well, a small part is):
“The window was ajar.” Mary said. “Let’s peek and see whether she’s around or not.”
Nate nodded. “Duh...”
Mary and Nate took a glimpse through the gap of the window of a house to check whether their friend is available or not. In the end, they could not see anything, as it was in middle of the night with no light illuminating the house’s pitch-black interior.
Mary then took out a hairpin from her pocket and stuck it into the doorknob, acted like a professional spy or burglar in movies, trying to unlock the door. After few tries, her effort was in vain.
“The door is not locked, smarty” Nate said after he opened the front door by just turning the doorknob. He slowly pushed the door open and it creaked, just like some scenes of a spine-chilling movie.
“Something fishy is going on around here.” Mary said.“Ya. The whole house is dark without a light and the door is not locked too.” Nate said.
“Let’s go inside to check out Silvia. You first! It’s dark and quiet in there.”
“Haha! All right. Since I’m the man here…”
They entered slowly and light-footed. The dauntless Nate walked in front of Mary through the living room and arrived in the dining room. Suddenly, foul smell filled the air in the house. They saw Silvia’s dog, dead and lying in a corner of the dining room with its blood splattered around it and wounds on its body. Flies were flying around it and it was a disturbing and gruesome scene to both of them.
“Oh my effing God! Who did such a thing to Lucky?” Mary said, in hysteria.
“I… I have no idea. Let’s go upstairs to find Silvia. If she’s not here then we are out of here! This creeps me out!” Nate said.
“Look who’s the man now.” Mary murmured.
They headed upstairs swiftly, but still quietly. Their efforts in finding Silvia proved futile.
“Shh… I think I heard something. It’s coming from the attic!” Nate said.
They headed up to the attic, opened the attic’s door and found Silvia sitting on a chair, with a rope tying her to the chair and tapes shutting her mouth. They ran towards Silvia so that they can free her. But suddenly, a loud ‘thud’ of a door closing sound was heard and it came from downstairs! Nate quickly untied her and removed the tapes off her mouth.“Help me…” Silvia said in a terrified tone. “Someone was trying to… Look out!”
An unidentified man suddenly appeared in the darkness and wanted to stab Nate from the back. He evaded successfully and fought him back, trying to stall the man as long as possible for the girls to leave the house. “Run!” He told them.
Mary and Silvia ran downstairs and out of the house, yelling for help while Nate was still inside the attic with the attacker. Silvia dialed 911 right away while Mary pray for Nate so that he would be safe. After a moment of pin-drop silence, the unidentified man and Nate grabbed each other and fell down together through the attic’s window!
The siren from the cops’ car and ambulance can be heard from few blocks away. A lot of neighbours were awake upon hearing the commotion. Mary and Silvia ran towards Nate and saw both of them fell into an unconscious state. Blood was oozing out from his head because he fell head first onto the solid ground below.
The cops arrived and took the man into custody. He turns out to be Silvia father’s ex-employee, who was in his late forties, fired and now seek revenge. Silvia’s dog was killed by that man with a knife because her dog barked at him when it saw an intruder.
Instead of finding Silvia’s father in the house, who went for a trip with Silvia’s mother to Paris, he found Silvia alone in the house and planned to get some ransom from her parents by kidnapping her.
Nate regained consciousness and was taken into the ambulance, and on his way to the hospital together with Mary and Silvia with few paramedics standing by.“Just in case I couldn’t make it…” Nate said with a weak voice to Mary. “I just want you to know that I… I love you.”
Mary nodded with tears running down her cheeks. Nate’s pulse was getting weaker and weaker.
“We need a crash cart here!” A paramedic said. “Clear…”
Happy Valentine's Day! :)

Somewhere Over The Rainbow!
Sometimes you are who you are... we don't have to change ourself to suit others...
Sometimes we have to fight for something... rather than waiting for that something to come...
Sometimes we have to fight with friends... or we will never be friends...
Sometimes we got into trouble... but there might be someone to help you to go against all odds...
Sometimes life is dull... but there's always a rainbow behind every dark sky...

Hurts When Heal...

'Yawn' But he still couldn't fall asleep. He tried to close his eyes and think nothing, but his efforts were in vain. He turned his body to his right to hug a pillow in a foetal position. The comfort of his pillow and bed almost make him dozed off, but a sudden wave of thought struck his mind again, bringing him back to the state of conscious.
He took a glance to his left, where his roommate was sleeping soundly. He wondered how can he sleep so comfortably since they will know their exam result after they wake up. Why his roommate's nervousness doesn't devour him and prevent him from falling asleep? More and more questions and thoughts came out in his mind. The clock displayed 3.30am and the time continues to pass swiftly......

Merciless
The honest-looking Indian doctor did some diagnostics on David and confirmed that it was food poisoning that caused David to have those ailments. David's dad, who was also in the treatment room chatted with the doctor about politics after the diagnostics. What both of the doctor and David's dad were chatting about has left David groping in the dark because he doesn't care about the never ending political affair and argument.
While on their way back home, David's dad kept on talking about political happening and bribery with a high tone, which scared the hell out of David. He never saw his dad to be so furious about what happening to the country. David, who was sitting in the front passenger seat held on tightly to his seat belt, as if the seat belt was the only thing that can 'isolate' him from his enraging dad.
With just a few meters from David's house gate, he quickly get a hold on the electronic gate remote control, and pressed onto the button swiftly when it was in the range of the device to work. At last, David got some peaceful time on his cushy little bed... but not until his dad came into his room and continued their previous conversation!

What Goes Around, Comes Around
“Bye”
These are some of the most commonly used words by human. He was not excluded. He was just like some other human who came and leave without giving back to this Earth; worse, they are destroying it. Thus, there will be dire consequences waiting to happen.
He lived a happy-go-lucky life, neglecting what will happen to this Earth when he was polluting it. He was thinking that the Earth will still be the same until he die. A little bit of pollution won’t do much damage to our mother Earth.
However, it was pay back time by Mother Nature. Somehow, even the scientist couldn’t explain, the photosynthesizing process of every tree in this Earth came to a halt two months ago. Therefore, the remaining oxygen content on Earth was getting lesser and lesser each day.
Everyone, including him tried to save the Earth by planting more plants and cleaning up the Earth, hoping that they could restart the photosynthesizing process but to no avail. After he and others breathed their last, the plants began to produce oxygen again. No one had ever have the chance to see the flowers bloom, the forests grow and inhale fresh air again. It was too late for everyone.
That’s why it hurts when it heals too…
