Laser War Zone @ IOI Mall

Let's take five from the usual automotive stuff and take a look at my recent experience at Laser War Zone, IOI Mall. As the name suggested, we can play fun-filled laser tag in the 5000sq ft. arena.

A bunch of bloggers were invited to join in the fun of laser tagging activity and we were given briefing first on how to handle the gun, what to do and not to do in the battlefield.

By the way, there were LCD screens everywhere which show what is happening in the 'battlefield'. If you look carefully at the screen below, it was actually smokescreen released into the battlefield to stimulate a real battlefield!

So, there were 4 teams created and I was in the Green Team, and our 1st and 2nd round competed against Magenta and Blue team respectively! You'll have to wear a vest which has a gun attached with it. Use the gun with both hands (or else the gun won't 'fire') and shoot at your opponents' chest, shoulders and back to gain points!

We played 3 rounds of game, where the last round was a Lockout (movie) challenge. Everyone enter the battlefield in same colour as prisoner, but after few minutes two person's vest will change colour, indicating they are agents! If the prisoner get to shoot the agent, the prisoner will turn into an agent and vice versa!

In the end, my team came in 4th place, but at least we had fun!

The 1st place team members walked away with a huge, cute frog! Hahaha!

While the winner of the Lockout challenge went to Ben Hor, he loves his pink seahorse! XD

Glad to make a few new friends there as well as catching up with the old ones! *We all look so cute with the plushies!*
