Volkswagen Polo Sedan - Est. RM86,888 !!

The 2014 Volkswagen Polo Sedan is going to be the cheapest Volkswagen in Malaysia again! While the outgoing Polo Sedan is selling at RM99,888, the 2014 Polo Sedan has an estimated price of RM86,888! The reduction in price is most probably due to the 2014 Polo Sedan is a locally-assembled car, thus bringing down the price tag. However, a reduction in price doesn't mean that there is omission in feature too, as the improved 2014 Polo Sedan has more!

The halogen headlights have slightly different finishing and are height adjustable. There is also 'Volkswagen' lettering placed on the top left corner of the boot lid. Interior wise, there is a height adjustable front armrest, Climatronic auto air-cond, rear air-cond vents, new RCD 320 radio system with USB, iPod and Bluetooth connectivity.

Other stuff remain unchanged such as the engine (1.6 litre MPI engine) and safety features (4 airbags, no ESP though). Potential buyers of Toyota Vios and Honda City should seriously take a look at the 2014 Polo Sedan, where certain variant of the Vios and City are more expensive than the 2014 Polo Sedan! Yes, the Polo Sedan might not look as stand out as its Japanese competitors but what you get from a Volkswagen are premium brand, German engineering, built quality and safety.
